Salary: $16-17/hr DOE
We’re looking for an experienced supervisor. By experienced, we mean someone who’s mastered the challenge of taking a group of hard working individuals (ie- NOT a team) and turning them into a cohesive goal centered team. Working for and with each other to achieve the common goal of superb customer service for both internal and external customers. This position requires you to lead with fair and just supervision, using your communication and critical thinking skills to coach and encourage your team. Client calls will be a part of this position and de-escalation of calls could be a daily occurrence. Intermediate computer skills are necessary for processing incoming orders and driver tickets.
Starting hourly pay rate for this direct hire opportunity will depend on experience, range of $16-17 with benefits. Overtime is required during busy season (Summer), which can include weekends. Company is open 7 days a week, your normal schedule will be M-F between the hours of 6:30am -5pm, with one weekend per month.

Previous supervisory experience- 3+ yrs
