Financial Contact Center Rep-
Our client, a growing local credit union, needs your awesome customer service skills to help members with daily transactions and service issues. You will be on the phone most of the day, so providing exceptional customer service over the phone needs to be your passion. This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great company if financial services is your career goal.
Responsibilities of the Financial Contact Center Rep-
This position demands that passion for interacting with members and uncovering needs through active listening. You will be accurately and efficiently performing teller transactions for members, while providing excellent customer service through phone interactions.
Requirements for the Financial Contact Center Rep-
• Computer Literate
• Ability to be on the phone 85% of the day
• Able to pass Credit, Background and Drug
• Great customer service experience
• Able to learn quickly
• Team player
• Banking experience preferred
Compensation of the Financial Contact Center Rep-
Position is temp to hire and the schedule is M-F 8:30am-5pm. The range of pay is $13-14/hr depending on your experience. There are avenues to move up in the company to other roles and departments as well. Great benefits upon hire.
